此鬼屋已經被承認為世界吉尼斯記錄中最大最恐怖的鬼屋。
這裡是以一整棟大樓為鬼屋，鬼屋的外型是個破舊、淒涼、顫栗的醫院。
裡面和其他鬼屋不同，並沒有規定的路線，而是讓遊客在整個醫院裡隨意行走。這裡真正意義做到了身臨其境、而設計者在恐怖機關設定方面完全不遺余力、簡直就是以嚇破你的膽為目標。
裡面鬼魂的光影效果以及令人顫栗的血腥場面做的非常逼真，裡面有很多要你親自打開的門等機關，讓你在黑暗中體驗未知的恐懼。裡面除了人造的恐怖效果外，還會有很多從業人員化妝成鬼魂，喪尸的摸樣在各個角落做些"小動作"，而化妝的水準完全是恐怖電影中的效果。

<醫院歷史>
原本坐落在富士山角下的慈急綜合醫院是個很大的醫院，有很優良的醫生資源和各種優秀設備，後來院長和一些同醫院的從業人員共謀，開始隨便給來這裡看病的患者開藥手術。然後趁機拿走他們的新鮮五內.泡在化學藥品裡做新鮮五內出售，後來就把死去的尸體裝在大木桶裡。
枉死的患者們的靈魂就會出現，然後殺醫生什麼的，結果整撞醫院就廢棄了，即使在現下，如果有人走進這個陰森的醫院，也會看到那些死去的患者醫生，還有提著人頭的護士。
一次限兩到三人入場，不迷路的情況下最少也要花五十分鐘才走完，至於在漂著異臭的病房廢墟中，到底會碰到什麼？光是想像便令人毛骨悚然。

超顫栗迷宮結合了迷、鬼屋的設計，全長700m，背景是廢棄鬧鬼的醫院，而且入戲的程度堪稱我從小到大玩過的遊樂園第一名。從一開始的候診室的氣氛醞釀，到案說明的電影放映，以及啟程前的幽靈寫真，十分鐘的前置過程處處充滿小插曲，足以讓你忘記這一切都只是遊戲，且不自覺地陷入無限恐懼裡。青白色的燈光，提著人頭踮腳而行的護士，以及無數關卡中不闖出的抓人鬼魅，和以三選一但命運相同的安排，最後大概有誰不是淒慘著臉尖叫逃出醫院。總之這是一處可以把女同學的手抓到受傷、男同學的手握到汗濕淫淫，且充分發揮盲視、尖叫、急速快跑等潛能的驚險地帶，在此強力推薦。如果你躍躍欲試，那請不要錯過，這絕對是花錢找罪受的最佳經典設施。
後來問過日本朋友，有人說他的朋友曾經去過，只撐了3分鐘就從跑出來了..(從入口)

鬼屋大致是這樣的，整棟為兩層樓的醫院，裡面沒有任何規劃的行進路線，和以前國內玩過的坐著小破車(或者步行)看完所有的房間就算結束的鬼屋不同，這個等於是真的鬼屋一般的讓人進去亂走亂逛，裡面當然有安排員工跟道具嚇人，醫院也設有數個求救站，供人受不了或走不出去由員工帶你出院。

每過一段時間會變更主題
短裙護士算是引導人員，不可以假借受驚亂亂摸喔~
